John Mattson is looking for a Property Technician who wants to become an important part of our dedicated management team. Together, you will be responsible for creating comfort, security, and development in our properties. You are the tenants' primary contact during their tenancy and play a key role in delivering top-class service – from move-in to move-out. In addition to residential tenants, you will also work with commercial tenants and ensure that their premises function optimally. The position belongs to our team in Norrort with a local office in Rotsunda.

Main responsibilities:

• Be the contact person for residential and commercial tenants.
• Handle maintenance requests, perform actions, and follow up on the work.
• Administer and provide feedback on cases via digital tools.
• Plan and carry out maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct inspections during move-in and move-out and document digitally.
• Order and follow up on services from contractors for ongoing maintenance.
• Perform rounds and inspections of properties.
• Identify and suggest improvements and efficiencies in our properties.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant high school or vocational education in crafts or service.
• Several years of experience in similar work.
• Good administrative skills and experience with digital case management systems.
• Basic technical understanding of how a property functions.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and work in a structured manner.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Driver's license (B).
