Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 250 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is in focus.

Job Responsibilities

The position includes the following tasks:

• Minor service work such as construction, carpentry, or painting
• Addressing minor blockages in water traps or drains
• Patrolling, meaning checking doors, gates, lighting, etc.
• Fixing leaking faucets and running toilets
• Minor assembly work such as shelves, wardrobes, and other items that may be present in the properties

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is structured, service-oriented, and enjoys having many points of contact. You are social and self-driven and have a broad experience working with different types of clients. You like to take responsibility, are solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail - while also being able to collaborate easily and create a good atmosphere around you.

You have:

• Several years of experience in maintenance work within properties
• Good knowledge of collaboration between different installations within a property
• Experience of independent work in various types of properties
• Familiarity with daily contact with tenants
• Structured, good at prioritizing, and see the whole in the work performed
• Driver's license (B)
