About the assignment Our client, one of Sweden's largest companies in property management, is now looking for a customer representative to strengthen their service department. This is a consulting assignment where you will step in as a consultant through us at Bemannia and work on-site with our client in Stockholm Järva.

The position is full-time at 100% and working hours vary between 07:00 - 17:00. You will be part of one of the districts within the management department and report to the area manager.

Your tasks

In the role of customer representative, you will be part of one of the districts within the management department and report to the area manager. You will be responsible for the customer experience regarding housing and premises, and you will also work to create good customer relationships as well as comfort and security in the area.

Furthermore, your tasks will include the following:

• Responsible for contacts with housing and commercial tenants regarding inquiries and customer care matters

• Responsible for ongoing supervision/rounds of the properties and performing minor corrective actions

• Responsible for ongoing communication with tenants

• Responsible for developing the tenant experience

• Participate in planning and implementation of security and comfort-promoting measures in consultation with the area manager

• Responsible for the move-in process

• Key responsible for apartment keys and access cards

• Responsible for showing vacant apartments

• Responsible for reception and handing out keys to contractors

Your qualifications

• High school education, preferably with a focus on technology/society/economics, or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way that is deemed equivalent

• Driving license B

• Knowledge of property management and property owner responsibilities

• Documented evidence of being a good administrator

Meritorious

• Knowledge of rental law and experience in interpreting and applying laws and regulations

• Other language skills in addition to Swedish

• Post-secondary education with a focus on property technology, property management, or HVAC
