We are currently looking for experienced and ambitious electricians for our client Eaton, who want to take the next step in their career and become a key player in Eaton's Medium Voltage / High Voltage (MV/HV) specialist team in Gävle. What will you do?

As a Senior Electrician, you will be the key person in the field, responsible for Eaton's most critical MV/HV projects:

• Commissioning & Maintenance Management: Lead installation, perform qualified maintenance, commissioning, advanced testing, and troubleshooting of Eaton's medium and high voltage equipment.

• Customer Relationship Manager: Act as the primary and professional contact person for customers and partners during project execution.

• Mentorship & Quality: Support, mentor, and coach junior service technicians, while actively contributing to a corporate culture characterized by the highest safety standards and technical excellence.

• Project Collaboration: Close collaboration with project management to ensure timely delivery, optimal resource utilization, and maximum customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

• Solid background as an installer with relevant electrical education.

• Relevant and documented professional experience as an electrician.

• Experience in testing and commissioning within power distribution.

• You should have solid and practical experience working with transformers, switchgear, and relay protection. This includes extensive knowledge and experience in both commissioning and testing of these critical high voltage components.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specialized testing equipment (e.g., Megger, Fluke, Omicron) as well as programming and testing of relay protection is highly desirable.

Other Requirements:

• Language: Professional level in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

• Mobility: Class B driver's license and flexibility to travel as needed for the job.
