Are you a sales-oriented service technician with technical skills and a strong customer focus? We are looking for a driven problem solver who enjoys working with customers. In this role, you will have significant responsibility, the opportunity to develop, and be a key person in creating value, building customer relationships, and driving the business forward every day.
About the role
As a sales-oriented service technician, you will play a central role where technology meets business and customer relationships. You are not just the one who installs and services - you are the one who creates security and builds long-term relationships. Your responsibilities include service, troubleshooting, commissioning, and new installations of alarm systems for both existing and new customers. By understanding the customer's needs and presenting smart, tailored solutions, you drive the business forward and create added value through upselling.
You work independently in the field with your service vehicle and pre-scheduled customer meetings. Here, you lead the dialogue and make each meeting a positive experience. With your professionalism and business acumen, you ensure that each visit is efficient, appreciated - and opens the door to new business opportunities.
We are looking for someone who loves to combine problem-solving with customer contact and has a technical interest. You thrive in social settings, are driven, and have a natural sense of service. With an eye for detail and a desire to deliver quality in every assignment, you are the one who sees solutions where others see challenges.
You have a B driver's license and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. You appreciate a workday that is mobile and varied, where you get to meet different people and create security through professionally executed installations and services. You are available to travel for work one week a month.
Do you have previous experience in sales and/or meeting set goals? That is a big plus - but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, curiosity, and the desire to develop together with us.
