About the role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of a team of about 5 people and be Elon’s face to the outside world as a representative of our stores and brands with the local and close customer relationship that Elon stands for. In this role, you are responsible for performing installations according to established work procedures, ensuring correct assembly, connection, and labeling, and contributing to high operational reliability, quality, and good customer experience. The work is carried out independently on-site, with clear routines and planned time allocation per installation.

Your tasks and main responsibilities will include:

With your installation vehicle, you will visit our customers to perform installations, service, and inspections
Follow-up on ongoing and completed installation cases
Reporting back to and contacting our customers and stores

The positions are located in Stockholm. In your role, you will report to the Aftermarket Manager. Travel and overnight stays may occur as needed, as some projects take place outside the work location.

Who are you?

It is a plus if you have previously worked as an installer, service technician, electrician, or similar. You work quickly and efficiently. You have a systematic approach where you follow instructions and procedures, can easily see details but also the big picture to make the right decisions. You are flexible and take responsibility.

Experience

Completed high school education and previous experience in technical support or equivalent. Experience with appliances and air heat pumps as an installer, service technician, support, or similar is a requirement. You are comfortable writing and speaking in English.
