About the role

As a service technician in fire & security, you will belong to a competent team and work broadly with service assignments and smaller projects. The tasks are varied, and the role involves a lot of customer contact, where you manage the entire chain from the first contact to reporting the work. The work is mobile and alternates between visits to customers and your office. Geographically, the customers are located in Stockholm and surrounding areas.

The tasks include, among others;

• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of security systems, e.g., RCO, Aptus, Assa Arx, Honeywell Galaxy, DSC Power/Neo.
• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of Schneider Electric's own product Esmi-FDP/FX.
• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of Schneider Electric's own product Security Expert.
• Consultation and development of customer collaborations
• Troubleshooting and remedial service
• Execution of contractual service
• Technical support

Qualifications and experience

We are looking for someone who either has an electrical engineering education at the high school or university level, or you work in electrical, telecommunications, network technology, or technology in some form, either as a technician or engineer.

If you have experience in installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting fire systems and security systems, we see this as a significant advantage.

You have good technical understanding and preferably experience in service and customer contacts from before. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.

In your work, you are structured and meticulous, and you care about following regulations and guidelines for work environment and health. You are service-oriented and attentive, always striving to find the best solution for the customer.

As you work a lot independently, it is important that you are self-sufficient, comfortable making your own decisions, and can plan and drive your work forward independently. At the same time, you enjoy working in a team and find it easy to communicate and collaborate with others. You are social and open as a person, and have a friendly demeanor that makes it easy for you to build relationships with both customers and colleagues.
