About the role

As an automotive technician at Torvalla Bil Sätra, you will play an important role in the daily operations of the workshop. You will be responsible for performing everything from service work to more advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance, always in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines.

You will be part of a knowledgeable and dedicated team where we work closely together, and collaboration between different departments is a natural part of everyday life. The decision-making paths are short, allowing you to influence and take your own initiatives. Together, we build a strong and competent workshop where we share knowledge and support each other.

The position is a permanent employment, with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are Monday to Friday according to schedule, 40 hours a week.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in cars, technology, and problem-solving. You are not afraid to come up with your own ideas and have a good ability to read and understand service manuals. You are someone who thrives on responsibility and has the ability to work in a structured and independent manner. At the same time, you are a team player who values collaboration and contributes to a good atmosphere in the workplace. You are service-oriented, flexible, and curious to further develop within the profession. You have good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Basic requirements

• Automotive technical education or equivalent work experience

• 6 years of experience as a technician/mechanic, including 2 years as an expert

• High-voltage training

• Valid B driver's license (manual transmission)

• Training in automotive glass (meritorious)

• Certified AC technician (meritorious)

• Familiarity with systems - previous work with Winassist (meritorious)
