We are now looking for an experienced electrician who is passionate about the profession for our client in Stockholm!

Job Responsibilities

In the role of Lead Installer, you will lead and coordinate a team of approximately 20 electricians and installers. The tasks are varied and diverse.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is carried out in accordance with the highest safety standards and within the specified timeframe. You will carry out and supervise electrical installations, perform quality controls, and ensure that all electrical work complies with applicable standards and regulations. In addition, you will work closely with the project manager to plan and schedule the work.

The position is full-time, during the day. This is a fixed-term full-time position with good opportunities for you to be offered a direct employment with the client after a period of employment through Boost.

About You

You are a skilled electrician with training from an electrical program or other relevant vocational training and have worked as an electrician for several years, with experience as a Lead Installer for about 3-5 years. We prefer that you have previously managed around 20-30 installers. It is important that you are self-driven in your work and have a desire to achieve set goals. As a person, you enjoy working with others and have good collaboration skills. Camaraderie and a desire to develop are important in this role.
