Social Welfare Officer with focus on Social Psychiatry and LSS

Combine user meetings with administration and become part of a positive team with broad competence! We are now looking for a social welfare officer with a main focus on social psychiatry and LSS.

With us, you will have a varied and developing role where you work closely with users as well as with investigations and decisions. You will investigate, make decisions, and follow up on interventions within SoL and LSS in the form of housing support, contact persons, day activities, and housing within social psychiatry. The work also involves collaboration and meetings with individuals, relatives, other authorities, and care providers.

You will be part of a workgroup where we value each other's competence and develop together. You will always have close access to managerial support, and supervision is an obvious part of your work.

We are looking for someone who easily adapts to different situations and sees opportunities rather than obstacles. You have a good ability to plan and organize your work while treating each individual with respect and understanding.

It is advantageous if you have experience in authority exercise, especially within LSS and social psychiatry, as well as good knowledge of LSS and SoL. Experience with the operational systems Combine and Cosmic Link, as well as the investigation method IBIC, is also a plus.

The position offers flexible hours and the possibility of some remote work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work.
• Driver's license B.
• Experience in social welfare case management and authority exercise within social psychiatry and LSS is advantageous.
• We emphasize personal qualities.
