Job Description

Take the opportunity to try an interesting summer substitute position as a treatment assistant at SiS LVM Fortunagården.

The goal of your assignment is to motivate our clients to adopt new and less risky ways of living. As a treatment assistant, you will help ensure that the routines in the department function as they should. You play a significant role in providing stability and security for our clients, forming the foundation of their daily lives. You contribute to maintaining safety in the institution according to our routines. Documentation is an important part of your job. You will work on building good treatment relationships and help ensure that our clients receive the security and safety they need to break habitual behaviors. Together with your team of dedicated colleagues, such as treatment pedagogues and treatment coordinators, you have the opportunity to achieve good results and contribute to change. The job is often demanding but also stimulating, joyful, and varied.

Working hours are according to a schedule, either day-evening and weekend or night. At Fortunagården, staff usually work every third weekend.

As a summer substitute at SiS, you will undergo a tailored introductory training to prepare you for your assignment.

Qualifications

Your personal suitability is key to life-changing transformation. Therefore, you need to have a good ability to create engagement and participation. Equally important is that you have a solid positive view of humanity, great empathy, and the ability to build good relationships. You have good communication skills and can maintain your calm even in pressured situations. You also have the ability to collaborate with others and are happy to share your knowledge with colleagues. You have good Swedish skills in both spoken and written form and experience working with people.

Meritorious

• B driver's license
• High school education
• 2-year post-secondary education at a folk high school or vocational school or other education equivalent to this.

Employment

Summer substitute means work during all weeks of the period week 26 - week 33 2026. There is also an opportunity for hourly employment throughout the spring.
