JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main task is to provide care in the form of support and assistance based on the individual needs of the residents. You will be responsible for documentation according to applicable laws and guidelines.

As a caregiver, you provide support with dignity and respect for the individual's integrity and self-determination. You work recovery-oriented and individually tailored. This means that based on each individual's needs, wishes, and conditions, you provide support for increased independence with meaningfulness, activity, and contribute to maintaining social contacts.

Working hours are days, evenings, weekends, and nights.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good ability to express yourself in the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
• Ability to handle a smartphone, computers, and digitalized work tools.
• Experience with the target group.
• Previous experience with documentation.

It is an advantage if you have ongoing or completed education in health and care or other education that the employer deems relevant for the position.
