Aura Train & Rail is a new and niche business area within Aura Personal, created to meet the growing needs of the train and railway industry for the right skills – both today and in the long term.

We are currently looking for experienced troubleshooters for our clients in the railway industry. We are seeking individuals who want to take a central and technically advanced role in ensuring high availability and operational reliability in train traffic.

About the role:

As a troubleshooter, you are a technical specialist responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving faults on trains. The role combines practical work in depots and on vehicles with more analytical tasks such as root cause analysis and improvement work. You are a key person in ensuring that the vehicles leave the depot in the best possible condition.

Your main responsibilities 

• Ensure that trains are operationally reliable and ready for traffic

• Drive and develop operational availability with the help of RVM as decision support

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and corrective actions directly on the vehicles

• Conduct root cause analyses and develop corrective and preventive measures

• Contribute to continuous improvements through early identification of problems and solutions

• Ensure that all work is performed according to applicable regulations and safety requirements
