We at Attendo are now looking for a care assistant for home care in Kungälv .

About the role

As a care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care, creating a positive and social atmosphere, and contributing with various activities that brighten the everyday life for our elderly.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes

  • If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.

  • Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions

  • Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Care assistant education of at least 1350 points.

  • Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a care assistant.

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

  • Good computer skills/computer familiarity

  • Driver's license B

Meritorious:

  • Experience from care work in elderly care

  • Experience of delegation.

Working time: Daytime every other weekend.
