We at Attendo are now looking for a licensed nurse for our facility Årstabergshemmet located in the picturesque Årsta, which is a dementia care home with 56 apartments. We have a wonderfully beautiful garden where most activities take place.
About the role As a nurse with us at our facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare interventions at a specialized level are taking place at the residence. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You have a leading role with great opportunities to influence the operations.
As a nurse within Attendo, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team that works to empower the individual.
Main responsibilities
Medication management
Working in national quality registers
Supervision of nursing staff
Nursing responsibility for patients

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating nursing staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those who live with us together with your colleagues.
Qualifications
Requirements
Licensed nurse
At least three years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care
Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
Driving license B
It is meritorious if you also have
Experience from working in private care operations
Experience in supervision
Education in geriatrics or district nursing.
