We are now looking for summer substitutes at Norrgården in Sollentuna for the summer of 2026. You will receive introductory training with valuable knowledge about care and service.

About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together.

About Norrgården

Norrgården is located in the scenic Norrviken. We are a nursing home with 5 departments, of which 3 are focused on dementia care and 2 somatic. A total of 46 residents. Norrgården is surrounded by a lush idyll near Sollentuna Church. We have chickens that enjoy company in the garden.

• Group managers: You have a manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the operation. This can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.

• Animals in care: Here we work with animals in care and we have regular visits from therapy animals.

• Dementia certification: We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and response through the Dementia Academy.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant/care assistant or have equivalent experience in elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
