About the job as a pharmacist with medication responsibility at Hjärtat

In addition to your role as a pharmacist, you will also have medication responsibility at the pharmacy. At Hjärtat, this means you are responsible for the local quality work. You take responsibility for ensuring that your pharmacy meets the required standards and for reporting deviations. You ensure that new employees are introduced and participate in the quality routines at the pharmacy, and coach your colleagues with support and advice regarding the pharmacy's quality work.

Welcome to our lovely pharmacy in Skanstull – in the heart of Södermalm

We are now looking for a Medication Responsible pharmacist who wants to become part of our dedicated and cheerful team – four pharmacists and four technicians who together create a wonderful work environment. With us, you will work in a pharmacy where every day offers variety: we meet everyone from regular customers to spontaneous visitors passing by in Skanstull. Our customers love to return – here you always feel warmly welcomed!

As a manager, I value engagement, collaboration, and joy in everyday life. You are someone who puts the customer first, is solution-oriented, and enjoys working in a team where we help each other and learn from one another. I am attentive and care about building a work environment where everyone feels involved and has the opportunity to develop.

The position is a permanent full-time employment or according to agreement. Start date will be agreed upon, and a probationary period may apply.

The pharmacy has generous opening hours: Monday–Friday 08:30–19:00, Saturday 10:00–17:00, and Sunday 11:00–17:00.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You may be at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for meeting the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute with a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
