🔎 Ylab Wellcare is looking for trainers with rehabilitation expertise

Do you want to work in an organization where science, wholeness, and long-term thinking are at the center?

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a trainer focusing on rehabilitation and exercise, and – if qualified – also on elite sports.

About the position

The position is a 50% temporary position for 15 months starting in the autumn of 2026.

There is an opportunity for an increased working degree or permanent employment depending on your wishes and qualifications.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed physiotherapist or has another equivalent professional or academic education (requirement).
• Wants to work with clients of all ages – from 13 to 90 years.
• Is confident in working with both rehabilitation and performance development.
• Has a genuine interest in working both broadly and in-depth.
• Has a sports background (meritorious).

With us, you will meet clients ranging from rehabilitation to elite level. We work with a holistic perspective and scientific grounding as cornerstones, and are therefore looking for someone who wants to contribute with both competence and commitment.

Important in your application: we want you to carefully describe, in addition to your CV:

• Your training background
• Your experience as a trainer
• Any sports background
• Relevant further education or specialized skills
