Aktivera Rehab in Sollentuna is now looking for a licensed occupational therapist for a permanent position. You must hold a Swedish license.

We provide primary care rehabilitation under the Region. We have 25 employees: occupational therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, dietitians, and receptionists who collaborate to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. We work multimodally around the patient and see it as a strength in our operations and in your work. Therefore, it is important that you can collaborate with other colleagues across all professional groups.

Your tasks will consist of home rehabilitation and/or outpatient work depending on your skills and interests.

In home rehab, tasks include ADL assessments, assistive device assessments, prescriptions, and fittings in the patient's home. Visits to Sodexo, memory assessments, housing adaptations, and cognitive aids. Advice and support for self-care.

At the clinic, there is an opportunity to work with work capacity assessments, lymphatic therapy, hand rehabilitation, daily balance, and group activities.

In home rehab, you will work together with a physiotherapist and dietitian, going on both team visits and individual visits. You will work and structure your day together. The tasks are varied, which requires you to be organized, flexible, and independent, and to have an overview of the patient's situation and prioritize your efforts accordingly. Since we work in patients' homes, it is important that you can manage being in environments with pets and that you are not sensitive to, for example, smoke odors.

We have continuous collaboration with external healthcare providers in our area regarding both our home rehab and outpatient patients.

The clinic is located right by the E4, with free staff parking and public transport nearby. We are situated in newly built, fresh premises.
