About the position:

We are looking for someone who is a trained caregiver or studying in healthcare and social care. It is an advantage if you have experience in documenting according to relevant legislation. In addition, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. The job requires personal maturity, sensitivity, a sense of service, and the ability to collaborate well in a team. You are resilient and have a professional demeanor towards customers and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in elderly care
• Trained or studying in healthcare and social care
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Empathy and a genuine interest in working with the elderly
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Your tasks:

• Personal care
• Cooking & meal support
• Cleaning & laundry
• Purchasing
• Relief & escorting
