About the position

You will work in home care in Stockholm. Our customers are located in the local area, and we travel on foot, by bike, or by car.

Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant with us, you play an important role in our customers' daily lives. You provide care, support, and service with a focus on enhancing the customer's independence and quality of life.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting customers in their daily lives and personal care
• Promoting social contacts and well-being
• Participating in care planning as a contact person
• Documenting and following up on services in a safe and correct manner according to assistance decisions

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Nursing assistant education
• Driving license B
• Experience working in home care
• Good knowledge of documentation and work in the municipality's digital systems as well as implementation plans
