About the position

At the Medication Support, your tasks will include:

• being the contact person for several care units and responsible for ordering, unpacking, and monitoring the sustainability of medications in the medication storage
• revising the basic assortment in medication machines, medication storage on shelves, and in fluid carts
• monitoring consumption patterns, therapy changes, procured medications, and the current items
• being responsible for the needs of the operation and knowing which medications are particularly critical
• monitoring and supporting the operation during shortage situations and withdrawals.

The operation works across the hospital, and your main workplace will be either in Huddinge or Solna. This means that you may need to work at the other site depending on the needs of the operations.

We are looking for someone who

• has strong personal leadership and enjoys working independently as well as in a group
• is meticulous, responsible, and good at structuring your work.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed Pharmacist or Pharmacy student in the final year of studies
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Previous work in the hospital pharmacy area/within a hospital pharmacy
• Experience in medication supply at hospitals
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Visma Proceedo, Omnicell, and Clockwork.
