We are now looking for a psychologist for a longer parental leave position at our unit PRIMA Åkersberga. PRIMA Åkersberga is a clinic that offers psychiatric specialist care for residents in Österåker municipality. Adults with mental health issues are welcome to us for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

Job DescriptionThe position involves treatment work including individual therapy and group therapy as well as neuropsychiatric assessment work. There is some opportunity to tailor tasks based on experience, competence, and interest.

QualificationsWe are looking for someone who: Is a licensed psychologist, preferably with a CBT focus and experience from specialist psychiatric care. Has a good ability to both plan and carry out your work independently and to collaborate with other colleagues. Has good knowledge of psychiatric diagnostics and the ability for differential diagnostic reasoning. Has experience working with group therapies. Has the ability to cooperate with other professional categories and clinics.

Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as well as computer skills in relevant care systems are fundamental requirements.

Employment:The position is a full-time parental leave cover. Start date according to agreement.
