Licensed Occupational Therapist Wanted at Tyresö Rehab

We are now looking for another licensed occupational therapist to join our wonderful team at Tyresö Rehab. We are looking for someone who wants to work in primary care and contribute to the joy of work with us.

Responsibilities

As an occupational therapist with us, you play an important role in the work around the patient to create safe and qualitative care. Your tasks include home visits, both individually and in teams, as well as outpatient work. Outpatient work can be tailored to your interests (e.g., working with hand patients, patients who need to improve their activity structure and balance in everyday life, and activity ability assessments). We work cross-professionally within the unit and also collaborate with Tyresö Health Center and other healthcare providers and actors in the local area.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist, preferably with experience in primary care rehabilitation, who is passionate about helping patients manage their daily lives as independently as possible. You have a holistic view and are attentive to what is important for each individual patient. Maintaining a professional attitude and a positive approach towards both patients and colleagues is a given for you.

You thrive in a dynamic environment at a clinic where you can help develop the operations together with the rest of the team. There are opportunities to deepen your knowledge in one or more areas of interest.

Clinic

Tyresö is located just outside Stockholm with good transport links, about 15 minutes by bus from Gullmarsplan. Tyresö Rehab is about a 5-minute walk from Tyresö Center. The operation consists of occupational therapists, dietitians, physiotherapists, specialist physiotherapists, and chiropractors, and we have a total of about 20 employees. The operation is co-located with Tyresö Health Center. We offer individual outpatient visits, a varied range of group activities, as well as home visits/home rehabilitation. We work with shockwave therapy and laser treatment, among other things. We have training facilities with a separate yoga-adapted training room and access to a heated rehabilitation pool.
