We are looking for a caring and experienced nursing assistant with a strong commitment to people. As a nursing assistant in home care, you will have a central role in our customers' lives, and your tasks will vary depending on each individual's needs. Here are examples of what you can expect to work with:

• Personal care - assist with personal hygiene and dressing.

• Social support and conversation - provide companionship, create security, and give customers the feeling of not being alone.

• Supervision and assistance as needed - be a support in handling various situations, for example during transfers.

• Practical tasks - assist with shopping, meals, and other activities that can facilitate the customer's daily life.

• Documentation - carefully document the support and care you provide, in accordance with assistance decisions and implementation plans.

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education (REQUIRED) – you are trained and experienced in your field.

• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and have the ability to document in a professional manner.

• B driver's license (meritorious) – you are an experienced driver and can navigate well in traffic to visit our customers in their homes.

• Stress-resistant & responsible – you handle pressured situations with calm and determination.

• Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed.

• Empathetic & attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each customer has their own needs and wishes.

• Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both customers and colleagues.

• Flexible & solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is the same and have the ability to adapt to customers' needs.

• Thorough & responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work and results.

Working hours: Monday – Friday and every other weekend. Working time: 07:00 - 15:30. Workplace: you will start from our office in central Täby, and we believe that you live nearby to facilitate your commute.
