Your Role: Driven Builder of Both Business and Strong Relationships
As a salesperson with us, you have an independent role where you create and follow your own sales plan. You are driven and results-oriented; for you, it is natural to achieve set goals — at least!
You constantly find new leads and opportunities. New customer sales is a proactive activity, and you plan and conduct the physical and digital customer visits yourself. You are also a star at further developing existing customer relationships through upselling. Proactive as you are, you are happy to take the initiative and have a knack for creating strong, long-term relationships with our customers.
With us, you also get to build and strengthen your professional network by participating in sales activities, networking events, and events. Thanks to your positive attitude, reliability, and ability to win people's trust, you quickly become a valued and highly regarded representative for all of HomeMaid.
You will work with:
Building your sales pipeline through proactive lead generation
Conducting physical and digital home visits
Independently planning sales with support from a “gameplan”
Proactive upselling to existing customers
Your role also includes some administrative work, such as quote management, contract management, and market outreach. Your curiosity is an asset as you actively look for new business opportunities for both your own and the company's development.
We are looking for someone who is
… a self-driven and engaged person with experience in proactive sales. You are good at communicating, easily adaptable, and have a very strong drive to achieve your goals! Working in a structured and efficient manner is natural for you. This also allows you to work at a fast pace without compromising on business professionalism. Since you enjoy people (and are easy to like yourself!), you are comfortable in customer dialogues and are happy to take the initiative for conversations and meetings. Your curiosity helps you see new business opportunities and openings that benefit both your and the company's development.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Experience in proactive sales
Good collaboration and communication skills
Good computer and system skills, preferably experience with LIME
Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of spoken and written English
Driver's license
Ability to work flexible hours
About the Position
Primarily, your working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. Travel and overnight stays may occur, especially in connection with internal training.
The team currently consists of several internal officials, salespeople, team leaders, and service assistants. Together, you work to become even – Better Together.
Location: Home Office Gothenburg Employment: 100%, 6 months probationary period. Tools: great colleagues, good leadership, training programs, car, laptop, iPad, and iPhone.
