Our teenager in Stöllet is looking for more people who want to share his daily life. We hope that you who are applying have the opportunity to start on an hourly basis. Being an Assistant:

Being a personal assistant is responsible, believe nothing else. You can say that you are another person's "arms and legs", helping with the things that the person can no longer manage on their own. This can involve helping with everything from taking a walk to getting dressed. Sometimes you cook or assist the client with showering and toilet visits, it all depends on the client's needs.

The role suits you who are responsible and have a genuine desire to help others. You are probably described as a person with a big heart who enjoys making sure others feel good. About the Client:

We are now looking for assistants for a wonderful 19-year-old boy! He is social, has a good sense of humor, enjoys listening to Eddie Medusa, watching ice hockey, going to the swimming pool, and participating in activities. He also likes to chill in front of the TV to relax. He lives in the countryside outside Stöllet in his own villa. His mother, father, and siblings also live on the property.

On weekdays, school is the priority, and you as an assistant will be with him throughout the day. He has a congenital CP condition and needs help with all aspects of daily living. He requires assistance with dressing, hygiene, communication, and mobility. He receives all nutrition through a PEG (feeding tube) and has a stoma. He needs daily stretching and also requires assistance with coughing, which is done with the help of a cough machine.

He communicates through sounds, blinking, and with the help of an eye computer. To understand his communication, it is essential that you as an assistant are empathetic and attentive.

Requirements and Job Information:

You who are applying should be engaged, positive, and able to take initiative. You should have good physical fitness and stamina. We appreciate humor and a motivating personality. Experience as an assistant is preferred but not required. Personal suitability is of utmost importance.

Working Hours:

We are currently looking for hourly substitutes with the possibility of a scheduled shift in the future.

You should be able to work the following hours:

• 07:00-16:00 weekdays,
• 15:00-23:00 weekdays,
• 23:00-07:30 (awake night).
• 08:00-20:00 weekends,
• 20:00-08:00 weekends.

Requirements:

Driver's license and access to a car to get to the workplace.

Other:

We have collective agreements and individual salary setting, as well as wellness benefits of up to 4000 SEK/year.
