Customer Service Officer/Examiner Uppsala
Job ResponsibilitiesOur task at the Driving Test is to conduct tests within the driver's license and professional traffic areas. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to ensuring that every customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their skills.
The tasks vary, and you will switch roles within the team throughout the day to carry out different tasks. In your daily work, you will meet many different customers, so approachability and clear information are important parts of your job. Your responsibilities include the authority's task of conducting knowledge tests both in groups, individually, and sometimes with an interpreter. At times, the work involves a fast pace, so you need to thrive in that environment as part of your job, and you will work according to a set schedule, with work at other locations occurring. You will, among other things, work with:
- Reception work
- Conducting knowledge tests
- Answering customer inquiries
- Administration of driver's license photos in connection with driving tests and renewal of driver's licenses
- Performing general office tasks

QualificationsWho are you?
You will be our face to the outside world and the first person our customers meet, so we see that you are a confident and service-oriented person who enjoys meeting new people. It is important that you are a communicative person, which means you convey messages clearly and respectfully and adapt your communication to the recipient. You have a positive attitude and are keen to contribute to good collaboration within the team. Furthermore, you have a flexible and problem-solving approach and can easily adapt to new circumstances and situations, always with the customer's and organization's best interests in focus.
We are looking for someone who:
- has completed upper secondary education
- is at least 23 years old, which is the minimum age to conduct knowledge tests according to the Transport Agency's regulations
- has several years of relevant work experience with physical customer interactions, such as in reception/customer service/information desks with frequent customer contacts
- has good written Swedish skills
- has good spoken Swedish skills
- has basic spoken English skills
- has good computer skills and is accustomed to working with the Office suite
- holds a driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle
It is an advantage if you:
- have authorization and experience in conducting knowledge tests
