JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now focusing on increasing competence within home care – do you want to be one of us?
Home care is facing an exciting development, and we are now strengthening our operations with dedicated care assistants who want to make a difference. With us, you will meet a warm, caring, and competent workgroup that works together to provide our care recipients with a safe, dignified, and meaningful everyday life.
We strongly value community and work environment. As a care assistant with us, you are a key person in the team. The work is varied and meaningful, focusing on providing high-quality care while taking responsibility for tasks that contribute to the overall operation.
Your tasks include: Supporting care recipients in their daily lives, such as personal hygiene, dressing, meals, and transfers. Performing delegated health and medical tasks, such as medication management, insulin administration, and wound dressing. Promoting an active and meaningful everyday life through social interaction and activities. Documentation, cleaning, and handling of aids.
Close collaboration with colleagues to create a safe, efficient, and well-functioning care environment.
We are looking for employees for both day and evening shifts, as well as positions that only involve evening work. The positions are located in the areas of Inre 1, Inre 2, Inre 3, and Yttre 3. Work takes place in both areas where a driver's license is required and areas where cycling is the mode of transport.
Please clearly state in your application whether you wish to work day/evening or only evening, if you have preferences for specific areas, and whether you have a driver's license or prefer to work in a cycling area.
Do you want to be part of an organization where your work truly makes a difference for both care recipients and colleagues? Then we look forward to your application!
QUALIFICATIONS
