Field Technician at Stockholmshem

Are you a service-oriented problem solver with experience in property maintenance and repairs? In connection with an internal reorganization, we are now looking for more field technicians to strengthen our team and provide our tenants with the best possible service in their homes.

Your next challenge?

Stockholmshem is looking for employees who want to help create safe and sustainable residential areas for our nearly 60,000 tenants. Our residential areas are our most important meeting places where we meet our tenants every day and provide first-class service. As a field technician, you will be involved in continuously developing our working methods and ensuring tenant satisfaction. You will address issues in apartments and common areas both indoors and outdoors, such as lighting, ventilation, etc. It is a role with significant responsibility, and you will work towards your own and the management area's common goals.

You will be based at our temporary office in Solberga and work with our property portfolio in Traneberg and Fredhäll.

You are curious, enjoy making things better, and thinking outside the box. You take responsibility for your performance and independently drive your tasks to achieve goals. You enjoy collaborating with others, are communicative, social, and spread a positive atmosphere in the group. To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable meeting our tenants in their homes.

Your background:

• High school education with a focus on property service or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of professional experience. Education from a folk high school or vocational school is a plus.
• Driver's license (B).
• Technical knowledge and a technical interest relevant to property service.
• Good experience with property management systems and the Office suite.
• You speak and write fluent Swedish.
• English or additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in a service role with a customer focus is a plus.
• Experience in carpentry and/or plumbing work is a plus.
