Your role as a Nursing Assistant, Caregiver, or Aide with us

In your work, you will meet people with different needs in their homes, making every day both meaningful and varied. You will be part of a dedicated and professional team where collaboration is key – both with colleagues and with other professionals such as rehabilitation staff, nurses, and home care.

For us at our care and nursing home, this means that we, with great attentiveness and commitment, provide each care recipient with the care and support they need, based on individual needs and according to approved decisions. We focus on our care recipients while working closely together.

Your schedule will be set for days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Your profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your approach and attentive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, delivering results and prioritizing your work effectively. You see opportunities in changes, take your own initiatives, and bring new approaches to work-related issues. Personal suitability will be of great importance.

We are looking for someone who:

is at least 18 years old
expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written

We welcome all nursing assistants, caregivers, and aides with a genuine interest and experience in care and nursing homes to apply. Your commitment and willingness to make a difference are what truly counts for us. We are looking for staff for both somatic care and dementia.

Our offer and additional information

We offer a permanent full-time position with placement according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Administration for Care & Nursing, all employees in home care and care and nursing homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce to the desired employment rate based on the needs of the operation. The schedule includes shifts during the day, evening, and every other weekend.

Background checks may be conducted before employment.

As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title. When employed as a nursing assistant, you will therefore need to present proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title nursing assistant.
