In the municipal primary care, nurses, specialist nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, pharmacists, assistants, and managers work together. Together, we work in teams to meet the patient's needs for an independent life with good quality of life. The facility we operate from is located within a cycling distance of about 3-5 minutes from the train station.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, you work for good and safe care for our citizens who are enrolled in home care, living in ordinary housing, or in one of the municipality's residences. In Falkenberg municipality, we have somatic care, short-term accommodation, day activities, and dementia units.

All new patients are enrolled via our care planning team, which makes a plan based on an individual assessment. In your work, you will go out on planned and unplanned healthcare assignments and clinical assessments. Your work is varied and offers great opportunities to plan your own workday based on your patients' needs.

All licensed (nurses/occupational therapists/physiotherapists, pharmacists) and nursing assistants work closely with the patient in focus. Together, we will strive to provide the patient with the best possible care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, experienced or newly graduated. Courses in the field of operation or further education in district care, geriatrics, or psychiatry are meritorious. A valid B driver's license is required for the position. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

OTHER

Weekly working hours: 38.25 hours/week (100%) - Day, evening, and weekend. We currently work on a 10-week schedule. Approximately 7-8 evenings/10 weeks, and currently, weekend duty every 5th weekend.
