JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work towards a rehabilitative approach, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, where the goal is to permeate the operations. The work consists of regular physiotherapeutic tasks. This may include assessments of mobility and treatments after injury or illness, prescribing and providing assistive devices as compensation for disabilities or to train up function, as well as instructing/training/guiding relatives and nursing staff in the daily work around the patient. It is an independent job where you plan your time and implement interventions.

You prioritize your workday both independently and together with your colleagues based on the cases you are responsible for. Together with the team, you make a real difference in everyday life!

The responsibilities are mainly geographically divided, but we have managers, offices, break rooms, and cars in the same place, which allows us to meet, discuss, and support each other daily.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist. Experience in similar work is an advantage. We place great importance on personal suitability and are looking for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude
• Takes responsibility and initiative.
• Is flexible and has a knack for collaboration.

A valid B driver's license is required for the position.

It is advantageous if you have work experience, preferably within municipal health and medical care. It is also advantageous if you have training in mobility knowledge. Since most of your working hours are spent in the patient's home, you are independent, capable of planning and structuring your work, communicating, flexible, and collaborative. Furthermore, you express yourself well in both speech and writing and have an interest in digital technology. Great emphasis is placed on your personal suitability.
