JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as a nurse in the municipality means providing health and medical care to individuals enrolled in home care. The work includes preventing and treating diseases and functional impairments. You will also assess, treat, and alleviate symptoms, manage medications, and collaborate with healthcare centers. The nurse often makes the first assessment of sudden deteriorations or changes in general condition. All care is based on a person-centered approach, which means that the person is the focus - not the diagnosis. Support for relatives can also be an important part of the care. We need you to be an engaged and innovative nurse. Our operations are responsible for patients both in special housing and in ordinary housing.

We document in Pulsen Combine and use the web-based Appva for digital signing of medications and for writing delegations. We use medication dispensers, a working method that allows patients to maintain their independence.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should be a trained licensed nurse with or without specialist education. You feel comfortable caring for individuals in their home environment regardless of age and level of health and medical care needs. You should be confident in working and making assessments independently. As a person, you are also engaged and innovative.

We welcome both experienced and newly graduated nurses as applicants.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. A B driver's license is a requirement.
