Are you looking for a healthcare center where you, as a specialist in general medicine, have real influence, reasonable workload, and the opportunity to work long-term with quality?
Then Capio Healthcare Center Falkenberg might be the right place for you.
I am the operations manager at Capio Healthcare Center Falkenberg. We have over 9,700 patients registered, and my focus is to create conditions for care where both patients and staff feel safe, have continuity, and enjoy their work.
We work closely together in our daily routines and have short decision-making paths. For me, it is important that the operations are characterized by structure, clarity, and participation – and that decisions are made close to the assignment. At the same time, we are part of Capio, which provides stability, support, and the opportunity to develop together with other units.
Teamwork – How We Work in PracticeWe work in fixed, cross-professional teams where the patient belongs to a team, not an individual doctor. The team collectively takes responsibility for the patient's care, which creates better continuity, increased security for the patient, and reduced vulnerability in daily life.
As a specialist, you work in your team alongside colleagues from various professions. This provides good knowledge of the patients, clearer distribution of responsibilities, and better conditions for medical decisions that hold over time. For me, teamwork is a key to both quality and work environment.
About the RoleAs a specialist in general medicine with us, you will work broadly within primary care, with outpatient work and digital care via video and chat. The assignment is classic general medicine – with room for both continuity and variation.
The position includes supervision of ST doctors, AT doctors, and medical students. I see supervision as an important part of the assignment and something we plan for, not something we add on top.
We work systematically with quality and regularly follow our quality parameters. For me, development work is not about temporary projects, but about long-term improvements that actually work in daily life.
This is What You Can Expect from UsI want our specialists to have real influence over their work – both in the daily setup and in how we develop the operations over time.
With us, we offer:
The opportunity to influence the work setup, priorities, and development
A work environment focused on sustainability and reasonable workload
Flexible working conditions
A dynamic workplace where decisions are made close to the operations
Clear goals where quality and service are prioritized over speed
I am looking for someone who is a specialist in general medicine and confident in their professional role. You have experience in primary care and a genuine interest in the general medical assignment.
You thrive in collaboration with others, take responsibility for the whole, and want to be part of developing the operations in a long-term and structured way. Interest in supervision and knowledge sharing is an advantage.
Personal suitability, commitment, and team spirit are important to me as we build the team further.
ApplicationInterviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Therefore, please submit your application as soon as possible.
Application Deadline: 2026-03-01
We kindly but firmly decline contact from staffing and recruitment companies as well as advertisement sellers.
Welcome with your application – I look forward to hearing from you.
