JOB DESCRIPTION

The LSS operation is looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant. The position is 65% and the working hours are only scheduled for weekends. A probationary period will apply.

Being a personal assistant means assisting another person with everything it entails, including personal care, help with communication, and ensuring a meaningful everyday life. Social documentation and the establishment and follow-up of implementation plans are included in the job responsibilities. The work is conducted in the user's home.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We prefer that you have approved grades from the upper secondary school care and nursing program or other qualifications that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• You are stable, calm, and can easily adapt to changing circumstances at work.
• You are communicative and can inform and ensure that information is conveyed in a simple and clear manner.
• You can express yourself well in the Swedish language, both verbally and in writing.
• We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
