No matter who you are or how long you stay, at MAX you will help make the world a little better from day one. With Sweden's tastiest green burger and a desire to become the world's best employer, we are trying to save the world from burgers that aren't that good and workplaces that aren't particularly great. We are now looking for everyone who can contribute with a large portion of courage and curiosity, with joy and passion for flavors, and with a willingness to build community and collaboration among colleagues.

When you start with us, you will receive a solid introduction to how the work at the restaurant functions. You will assemble Sweden's tastiest burgers, fry Crispy Fries, mix our new smoothies, and serve guests. You will pack orders, tidy up in the dining area, and if you live for Original dressing, you will have the chance to recommend it to new guests every day.

What do we offer?

How does the process work?

We have chosen to eliminate CVs and cover letters for our restaurant staff positions. Instead of sending in your CV and cover letter, you will answer a number of selection questions and take a Service test. We ask you to answer the selection questions in detail.

After you have submitted your application, you will receive a test sent to your email, this is a Service test and involves answering how you would act in a situation that may arise in the daily work at MAX. Through the test, you will get a taste of what it is like to work at MAX. The test takes a maximum of 15 minutes. After you have completed the test, we will review your application and get back to you as soon as we can. If you proceed in the process, you will receive an invitation to an interview; if you do not proceed, we will get back to you via email. We review applications on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Please note that the Service test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process; therefore, we do not proceed with candidates who do not complete the Service test.
