As a receptionist with us, you are our cheerful face to the outside world!
The first impression of Tjörnbro Arena is created in your meeting with our guests. Our guests turn to the reception with both big and small questions, which is why we are looking for someone who sees each guest, spreads positive energy, and has a solution-oriented attitude. You are happy to take your own initiatives, are service-minded, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You are responsible and driven by good cooperation with your colleagues.
We are looking for two receptionists for part-time work with working hours scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. The employment is temporary during June–August, with the possibility of extension (May–September).
The position includes the following tasks:
- Traditional reception work such as check-in and check-out of guests as well as handling incoming calls and emails
- Assisting guests with questions and requests before, during, and after their stay
- Actively working with upselling
- Following up and ensuring high guest satisfaction
- Ensuring that the reception area is welcoming and in good condition according to given guidelines
- Coordinating with other departments to meet and exceed guests' expectations
Meritorious:
- Driver's license
- Experience working with VisBook and BookVisit
