Job Description

One of our teachers is moving on to another job within the organization, and therefore we are looking for another teacher in business economics, law, and preferably social studies for the economics program. In the economics program, we work interdisciplinary in small and large projects. We collaborate with companies, non-profit organizations, and the public sector. You should be able to work with our partners and establish new contacts for collaborations.

The position includes teaching and being a mentor. You participate in development work in both subject teams and program teams. You should be able to utilize and develop the skills that exist among the students and encourage lifelong learning.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified upper secondary school teacher with experience in pedagogical work with young people. As a person, it is important that you are responsible, innovative, and empathetic. You should find it easy to motivate students and be a clear and present leader in the classroom. You easily create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You focus on students' results and are positive about evaluating and developing your pedagogical work to increase students' goal achievement.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with Young Entrepreneurship, want to work with formative teaching and interdisciplinary approaches, and have worked with projects in schools, companies, or organizations. You should be able to establish contacts with partners.
