Coordinator in Home Care

We are now looking for coordinators in home care for the summer period from June 22 to August 16, 2026, with placements in both central Skellefteå and our outskirts. The summer is divided into two periods, with the possibility of working during one or both periods. Training will take place before the summer period starts in dialogue with the manager.

Here you will have an important role in an organization characterized by commitment, collaboration, and optimism for the future. As a coordinator, you contribute to ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and structured during the holiday period.

YOUR ROLE

As a coordinator, you will support and coordinate the daily work within home care. You contribute to structure and overview in an organization where needs can change from day to day. The work is carried out according to established routines and in close collaboration with the manager, staffing administrators, and other coordinators.

Your responsibilities include receiving and managing assignments from the Decision Unit as well as cases related to hospitals, through our operational systems. You will work in the systems to support planning and follow-up of daily operations.

You will receive training in working methods and systems and will always have colleagues to collaborate with during the summer. Working hours are scheduled during the day from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM with the possibility of flexible hours.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone who enjoys planning, creating order, and providing good service. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, have an easy time organizing your work, and ensure that tasks are completed. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you contribute to a good work climate with a focus on the common goal. When conditions change, you easily adapt, find solutions, and maintain focus. You handle stress constructively, remain calm even in a high-paced environment, and contribute stability to everyday life.

The role requires good digital skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems. You communicate clearly and professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You have ongoing or completed upper secondary education, or other education deemed equivalent and relevant for the role. Experience in care and nursing, administration, scheduling, or staffing is an advantage but not a requirement. A driver's license (B) is an advantage and may be required depending on placement.
