In Torsby, we have a male client looking for a new assistant. You will be fishing, watching football/ice hockey, and spending time outdoors. We believe that you, as an applicant, have experience with autism, low-arousal approach, and a calm demeanor.

Being an Assistant:

Being a personal assistant is responsible work, make no mistake about it. You can say that you are another person's "arms and legs"; you help with the tasks that the person can no longer manage alone. This can involve helping with everything from taking a walk to getting dressed. Sometimes you will cook or assist the client with showering and toilet visits, depending on the client's needs.

The role suits you if you are responsible and have a genuine desire to help others. You are likely described as a person with a big heart who enjoys making others feel good. About the Client:

Our client is a 55-year-old man with autism. He lives in a terraced house apartment in central Torsby. The client communicates verbally and is fully mobile. He can do many things with your support and requires constant supervision. Together, you will fish, watch football, listen to music, and spend time in nature.

Requirements and Job Information:

To succeed in this assistance role, we believe you have experience in the assistance profession and a low-arousal approach. If you also have knowledge of autism, it is a plus. As a person, you are calm and do not get upset unnecessarily. You enjoy watching football, spending time outdoors, and preferably fishing.

Working Hours:

Working hours on weekdays: 15:00-09:00 | weekends: 09:00-09:00
A driver's license and access to a car are required.

Other:

We have collective agreements and individual salary setting, as well as wellness benefits of up to 4000 SEK/year.
