Description
The Specialist Psychiatric Clinic 4 is an outpatient clinic within Northern Stockholm Psychiatry (NSP), centrally located at S:t Eriksplan. Here, we combine a structured approach with flexibility, and our daily work is characterized by unpretentiousness, collaboration, and open dialogue.
The clinic has a general psychiatric base mission and provides treatment through medication interventions, psychoeducational interventions, occupational therapy, psychosocial work, and group treatments. A large proportion of our patients seek help with questions related to ADHD in combination with other psychiatric issues.
About 25 engaged and experienced employees work with us, organized into two teams. The workgroup has a broad and complementary competence with physicians, nurses, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, caregivers, and medical secretaries. As a physician, you will be one of six in a collegial and supportive environment.
The clinic regularly receives residents, both in psychiatry and those rotating from other specialties. We place great emphasis on supervision, development, and a good work climate where knowledge is shared and utilized.

You will have overall responsibility for the treatment of your patients in line with diagnosis-specific care processes. We place great importance on the introduction so that you feel secure in starting to work independently.
Participation in the clinic's ongoing quality and development work is a given. There is also the opportunity to step in and work within the clinic's inpatient care. You will be offered a stimulating and good work environment. We strive to support each other in patient work, and collegial supervision and support are always close at hand.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with specialist competence in psychiatry. You have knowledge of and preferably experience in neuropsychiatric assessment, and you are interested in evaluation and evidence-based treatment.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team. You are interested in working with the patient group. You are resilient, patient, and flexible, and can adapt your work to varying needs.
Good language and computer skills are a requirement.
