We are now looking for someone who wants to work with us in the HSL organization. We are in a phase where we are reviewing tasks and working to ensure that the right use of competence (RAK) permeates the nursing organization. Thus, the number of delegated tasks to HSL nursing assistants is being increased.

The position is a permanent employment with placement in our team in Asarum.

Job Description
Are you a nursing assistant with great commitment and a genuine interest in people? Do you also find it easy to learn new things? Then this may be your next job!

You will work with extended delegation from the nurse and be their extended arm. You will work closely with both nurses and care staff and need to be flexible in your working methods. Advanced wound dressings, venipuncture, and catheter changes are some of your tasks. Guiding care staff in special care interventions where nurses see a need for this within special housing and home care is another.

You will be part of an organization with several focuses such as home healthcare, advanced home healthcare, and palliative care. You will primarily meet your patients in special housing and ordinary housing.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with several years of experience in the profession. Education with an emergency care focus and experience in emergency care and palliative care is an advantage. You need to be confident in your professional role, used to prioritizing and shifting focus as circumstances change. You are comfortable speaking in front of groups and guiding colleagues; you know what you can do and are not afraid to take your place in the team. To work with us, you need to have a B driver's license for manual transmission. You should have knowledge of relevant legislation and understanding and respect for a politically governed organization.

The work requires a good ability to organize and structure. You have a well-known ability to collaborate, flexibility, and a holistic view. Your independence and initiative are significant, while you are humble in your demeanor. Knowledge and experience in using a computer as a working tool are obvious for you. You are used to and comfortable documenting your completed tasks. We use a journal system called LifeCare. The work requires qualified communication skills, which includes good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
