The Role in Brief

As a Software License Support Specialist, you will work with the delivery, administration, and support of EQUA's software licenses. You will handle license-related technical issues related to installation, activation, and use of our products and serve as an important point of contact between the customer, support, and development. This role is suitable for you if you are structured, service-oriented, and enjoy a technical support role with a clear focus on software and licenses.

About the Role

As a Software License Support Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers have correct access to our software and that license-related issues are handled correctly throughout the license's lifecycle.

Your main responsibilities:

• Delivery, activation, and updating of software licenses

• Support during installation, license transfers, and license-related technical problems

• Technical support to customers via email, phone, and digital meetings (e.g., Teams)

• Troubleshooting related to license activation and user environments

• Documentation and follow-up of support cases

• Collaboration with development and support teams on more complex license issues

The role involves ongoing contact with both Swedish and international customers.

Your Background

• Experience in application support, software support, or license management

• Technical understanding of Windows environments and software installations

• Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner with technical issues

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from software companies with B2B customers

• In-depth experience in license-related support, such as handling more complex license arrangements or customer-specific license configurations

• Basic understanding of scripting languages or web technologies (e.g., HTML, PHP, Perl, or JavaScript)
