The Assignment

The training is conducted on behalf of the Employment Service and is aimed at individuals who are unemployed or at risk of becoming unemployed, and who have the interest and qualifications to be employable in the field. The goal of the training is to offer a quality-assured education recognized by the industry, where participants receive grades and the knowledge and practical skills required to obtain work in, for example, county councils, municipalities, or private healthcare companies after completing the training.

The role of the healthcare teacher involves guiding and teaching, as well as assessing the participants' knowledge according to the care and nursing program's curricula. You are responsible for grading. The position also includes planning and follow-up of APL. You will work in a team with several colleagues.

Teaching takes place on-site in Hudiksvall. Commuting is possible.

Your Competence and Background

- You must be qualified as a care and nursing teacher.

- You must have at least four (4) years of professional experience in care and nursing work.

- You must have at least four (4) years of experience in teaching within care and nursing.

The position also involves some documentation towards the client, participants, and principal, as well as collaboration with authorities and industry organizations. It is also required that you have good digital skills as we use several digital tools.

As a person, you are secure, empathetic, and have the ability to motivate participants to achieve their goals. Desirable personal qualities include good social skills and the willingness and ability to work in a group/network. You need to be a team player with a positive drive and good organizational skills.

Employment Type
