Västerbergs Folk High School is looking for a supervisor for ESF project

From the spring term of 2025, Västerbergs Folk High School will conduct an ESF project for the target group of young adults who are neither working nor studying, UVAS. As a supervisor, you will support participants towards studies or work and help them see their opportunities in society. You will work in a team at the school and need to be able to work both independently and in a group.

Job responsibilities:

• Meet participants
• Support good attendance
• Support participants to increase motivation for studies or work

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with good cooperation skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate and support individuals in transition. You should have relevant education in social pedagogy, experience working with the UVAS target group, and the ability to work individually in a group. Experience from folk high school and similar projects is advantageous.

Personal suitability is of great importance for the position.
