Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities involve helping people with everyday tasks and, above all, showing personal care. Your initiative and positivity will play a significant role. Our operations run continuously, on weekdays, evenings, and nights.

Our units where we make a difference: Special accommodations, Home care, Daily activities, Personal assistance, Housing support, Social psychiatry, Child short-term care, LSS accommodations. You will receive an introduction before you start working, and your working hours and placement will be determined by the needs of the operations. Employment periods vary from 4 weeks and upwards.

Qualifications

For many of our summer jobs, we do not require any prior knowledge or work experience, but to thrive and do a good job, you need to have a genuine interest in meeting and helping people. It is important that you can communicate in Swedish. You should be able to understand and follow instructions and delegations in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is an advantage if you have completed or are currently pursuing education in: Care and Nursing Program, Child and Leisure Program, Nursing Program, or other education deemed equivalent.

It is also advantageous if you have work experience in care and support work. If you have previously worked with us and have good references, that is also a merit.

A valid driver's license (B) is a significant advantage.

For all our summer jobs, you must be at least 18 years old, except for those who are enrolled in the Care and Nursing Program or Child and Leisure Program.
