Driving Instructor in Gävle to educate future professional drivers!

YrkesAkademin is looking for a driving instructor in Gävle. As a Driving Instructor with heavy vehicle licenses (C, CE), you will be responsible for educating future professional drivers. This means that you will both teach in the classroom and in vehicles. Within the framework of our mission, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on the various aspects of the education together with your colleagues. The position may also include training in various further education areas.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is an approved heavy vehicle instructor by the Swedish Transport Agency for licenses (C, CE, D, DE). Previous experience in teaching both in vehicles and in the classroom is a plus. If you are also an approved YKB (Certificate of Professional Competence) instructor by the Swedish Transport Agency, it is a big advantage, but not a requirement. As a person, you are flexible and enjoy pedagogical challenges. You are passionate about education and have the ability to adapt your teaching style to individual needs. You have great patience and the ability to build relationships and inspire trust. We place great emphasis on your personal commitment, and it is important that you live our values to be considered for the position.

The position is a permanent full-time position, and we apply a 6-month probationary period.
