Gävle Parish is looking for summer workers for the cemeteries

Job Responsibilities

The work includes maintenance and care of planting areas, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, planting flowers and other plants.

You will also rake gravel graves, edge grass areas, maintain gravel paths, and carry out simpler landscaping tasks.

The tasks are performed outdoors regardless of the weather.

Qualifications

Since the tasks for this position are physically demanding, good physical condition is a requirement. We prefer that you have an aesthetic sense and an interest in gardening and plants.

Scope

Full-time during the period from June 16 to August 15, alternatively June 16 – July 18, July 21 – August 15. If any of the periods are not applicable to you - please inform us in your application.

Other

You will be placed at Skogskyrkogården, Gamla kyrkogården, or Bomhus cemetery in Gävle.
