The Role of Healthcare Administrator

The position is a full-time temporary role (100%) for one year with the possibility of extension and start date by agreement. Your main tasks will include medical documentation, reception work, diagnosis classification, and other healthcare administrative tasks such as IT support.

Your Future Workplace

Nässjö Health Center is part of the Bra Liv Health Centers and belongs to the regionally driven primary care. Our goal is "better health for all", which we achieve by showing care, thinking holistically, and creating quality. Our team at Nässjö Health Center currently consists of about 55 employees in various professional roles, and the health center has about 15,000 registered patients. In our premises, there is also the Nässjö Education Center where we introduce internationally trained doctors to the Swedish primary care system and hold various types of competency development initiatives for our employees.

Nässjö, with a population of about 31,000 residents, is located along the railway between Malmö and Stockholm, providing excellent connections to the entire country. From Nässjö, you can also easily drive to Jönköping in about 30 minutes, where a wide range of cultural and entertainment options are available. There is also a university.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a trained healthcare administrator/medical secretary, preferably with a few years of experience. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written forms. Previous experience with Cosmic is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, where flexibility, teamwork, service orientation, independence, and structure are abilities we value highly. We would like you to be a positive person who contributes to a good work environment through participation. Personal suitability is of great importance.
